Why the sign-up button is not responding, and how to fix it
When the Sign up button does nothing, the cause is usually something in your browser, not your account. Work down the list below in order. Most people are fixed by step two.
Fix order: switch browser, then turn off extensions, then clear cache, then check the account.
Try these in order
After each one, go back and try the Sign up button again.
Try a different browser. Some browsers, and older versions, can block the button. The most reliable choice is Chrome or Brave. Open the sign-up page there and try again.
Turn off browser extensions. Ad blockers and privacy tools (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Ghostery) are the most common cause. Open a private or incognito window (extensions are usually off there) and try again, or allow
app.myicor.comin the extension's settings.Clear your cache and cookies. An old saved copy of the page can break the button. In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data, clear cached images and cookies, then reload and try again.
Check your connection. Make sure other sites load normally. A corporate or school network can block parts of the page. If you can, switch to a home connection or your phone's mobile data and retry.
Maybe you already have an account. If you signed up before, the button may stop you from making a duplicate. Try Log in instead, or use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Go to log in
