Why the signup button does not respond, and how to fix it
If you clicked "Create Account" and nothing happened, you're not alone. This is the most common signup issue we see, and it almost always comes down to one of a few things. Work through these in order and you'll be in within a few minutes.
1. Try a different browser
Start here. Safari, Firefox, and older versions of Edge can sometimes block the signup flow. If you're on one of those, open Chrome or Brave and try again from app.myicor.com.
2. Disable your browser extensions
Ad blockers and privacy extensions (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Ghostery) are the most common cause of a silent, unresponsive button. They block the scripts that run the signup form.
The quickest way to test this: open a new incognito or private window. Extensions are disabled by default in those. If signup works in incognito, one of your extensions is the cause.
To fix it permanently, go to your browser's extension settings and add app.myicor.com to your allowlist for any privacy or ad-blocking extensions you use.
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
A stale cached version of the page can break the form. Clear your cache and cookies for app.myicor.com, then reload and try again.
In Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," then clear.
4. Check your internet connection
The signup form needs a stable connection to complete. If you're on a weak Wi-Fi signal or a corporate network with strict filtering, the request can silently fail. Try on a different network or use your phone's mobile data as a quick test.
5. Check if you already have an account
If you signed up before and forgot, the button may not do anything because the email is already registered. Try logging in with that email instead. If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen.
