Password reset email not arriving or link expired
Two things go wrong here regularly: the email doesn't show up, or it does show up but the link no longer works by the time you click it. Here's how to handle both.
Email not arriving
Check spam and junk
Password reset emails come from our sending address and occasionally land in spam. Check your spam and junk folders first. If you use Gmail, also check the Promotions and Updates tabs.
Wait a moment, then resend
Email delivery can take 1 to 2 minutes. If nothing has arrived after 2 minutes, go back to the login screen, click "Forgot password?" again, and submit another request. Don't submit multiple times in quick succession, as they can occasionally end up in a queue.
Check the right email address
Make sure you're entering the same email address you used when you created your account. If you're unsure, try any alternate addresses you might have used.
Corporate or managed email accounts
If you use a work email with IT-managed filters or a strict spam gateway, the reset email might be blocked before it reaches your inbox. Try adding our sending domain to your safe senders list, or contact your IT team to whitelist emails from myicor.com. Alternatively, use a personal email address to sign up.
Link expired before I could use it
Password reset links expire after a short window (typically 60 minutes). If you clicked the link and got an error saying it's invalid or expired, just request a new one.
Go to app.myicor.com, click "Forgot password?", enter your email, and use the new link as soon as it arrives. Don't navigate away from the reset page once you've opened the link.
Signed up with Google?
If you created your account using "Continue with Google," you don't have a password to reset. Log in by clicking the Google button on the login screen. Password reset only applies to email accounts.
