How to update your profile name
Your profile name shows up in the community and on your account. Here's how to change it.
Steps
Log in at app.myicor.com.
Click your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner and select My Profile.
On the Profile Info page (the default view), click the name field at the top of the page and type your new name.
Click outside the field or press Enter. The name saves automatically.
Your updated name will appear across the platform right away.
What if the name doesn't save?
If the name reverts after you click away, try refreshing the page and repeating the steps. If the problem persists, contact us and we'll sort it out on our end.
