How to change your profile photo
Your profile photo shows next to your name in the community. Here's how to upload or change it.
Steps
Log in at app.myicor.com.
Click your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner and select My Profile.
On the Profile Info page (the default view when you open your profile), click directly on your photo or avatar placeholder. A camera icon will appear on hover.
Choose an image from your device. We recommend a square image at least 200x200 pixels for the best quality.
Crop the image using the editor that appears and confirm. The photo updates automatically.
Accepted file types
JPG, PNG, and WEBP are supported. If your photo doesn't upload, check that your file is one of those formats and under 5MB.
Photo not updating after upload?
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If the old photo still shows, clear your browser cache and reload. Browser caching sometimes holds onto the previous image for a few minutes.
