How to manage email notifications and unsubscribe
You can control which emails you receive from myICOR. Here's how to adjust your preferences or stop emails altogether.
Unsubscribe from marketing and course emails
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to opt out of that type of email. This covers newsletters, course announcements, and promotional messages.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails like password resets, payment confirmations, or account security messages. Those are tied to your account and will still be sent when relevant.
Manage email preferences in the app
Log in at app.myicor.com.
Click your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner and select My Profile.
In the left sidebar of your profile, select Email Preferences. Or go directly to app.myicor.com/profile?section=email.
Toggle the email types you want to receive on or off. Changes save automatically.
Want to stop all emails from us?
If you'd like to be removed from all our email lists, send us a message and we'll take care of it. Include the email address on your account and let us know you want to opt out of everything.
Still getting emails after unsubscribing?
It can take up to 48 hours for unsubscribe requests to take effect across all our systems. If you're still receiving emails after that window, contact us and we'll manually remove you.
