I just paid but my account still shows free. What do I do?
This happens sometimes, and it's almost always resolved within a few minutes. Here's what to do.
Wait 2 to 3 minutes and refresh
After payment processes, there's a brief delay while your account is updated. Give it 2 to 3 minutes, then do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or log out and log back in.
This fixes the issue for the majority of people who report it.
Make sure you're logged into the right account
Check that the email address in the top right of the app matches the email you used when you paid. If you have multiple accounts or used a different email at checkout, you may be logged into the wrong one.
Log out, then log in with the email you used during payment.
Check that payment actually went through
Look for a payment confirmation email from us or a charge on your card or PayPal. If there's no confirmation email and no charge, the payment didn't complete. Try again at app.myicor.com/upgrade.
