The app is not loading or just shows a spinning wheel

A spinning wheel or blank page usually means the app is having trouble loading. Work through these steps in order.

1. Check your internet connection

Open another website or app to confirm your connection is working. If other things are also slow or not loading, the issue is on your network, not with myICOR.

2. Hard refresh the page

Try a hard refresh to force the browser to reload the latest version of the app:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R

  • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

3. Clear your browser cache

A corrupted or outdated cache can stop the app from loading. Clear cookies and site data for app.myicor.com in your browser settings, then reload.

4. Try a different browser

If the app won't load in your current browser, try Chrome or Firefox. This quickly tells you whether the issue is browser-specific (an extension, a setting, or a compatibility problem).

5. Disable browser extensions

Ad blockers, script blockers, and VPN browser extensions can interfere with app loading. Try opening the app in an incognito or private window, which disables most extensions by default. If the app loads there, an extension is the cause.

6. Check for a platform status issue

Occasionally, loading issues are on our end due to a deployment or a brief service disruption. If none of the above steps help, it's worth contacting us to check if there's anything affecting the platform at the moment.
