I cannot post comments or replies
If the comment or reply button isn't working, here are the most common causes and how to fix them.
Check that you're logged in
Posting in the community requires an active login. If your session expired, you may see the post button but have it fail silently. Log out and log back in at app.myicor.com, then try again.
Try a hard refresh first
Before anything else, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). This clears out any stale app state that might be blocking the post action.
Disable browser extensions
Ad blockers, script blockers, and some privacy extensions block the network requests that submit your comment. Open an incognito or private window (which disables most extensions) and try posting there. If it works in incognito, an extension is the issue. Add app.myicor.com to the allowlist for any blocking extensions you use.
Try a different browser
If the issue only appears in one browser, it's a browser-specific problem. Chrome works reliably across all features in the app.
Check your internet connection
An unstable connection can cause posts to fail without a visible error. Test your connection by loading other sites or apps. If things are generally slow, wait for a better connection and try again.

If you see an error on screen when you try to post, take a screenshot and include it when you contact us. Error messages help us identify the issue quickly.
