The Additional Learning search bar does not seem to do anything

Updated this week

The Additional Learning search bar does not seem to do anything

If you type in the Additional Learning search bar and nothing happens, here are the most common fixes.

1. Give it a moment

The first search after opening Additional Learning can take a second to respond, especially on a slower connection. Type your query and wait 2 to 3 seconds before concluding that nothing is happening.

2. Try a shorter search term

Very specific or long queries sometimes return no results rather than giving an error. Try a shorter, more general keyword. For example, instead of searching "how to organize meeting notes in Notion," try "meeting notes" or just "notes."

3. Hard refresh the page

A stale version of the page can stop the search from working. Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) and try again.

4. Disable browser extensions

Some ad blockers and script blockers prevent search requests from going through. Open an incognito or private window and test the search there. If it works in incognito, an extension is blocking it. Add app.myicor.com to the allowlist for any extensions you use.

5. Try a different browser

Chrome is the most reliable browser for all features in the app. If the search is not working in your current browser, try it in Chrome.
