How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time, right from your profile. Here's how to do it and what to expect.
How to delete your account
Open your Account Settings (Profile, then Account Settings in the left side menu).
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Delete Account section.
Click the red Delete Account button and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

What happens when your account is deleted
Your account and personal data are permanently removed from our systems.
Your course progress and any saved content are deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you have an active paid subscription, deletion does not automatically cancel the billing. Cancel your subscription first before deleting your account. See: How to cancel your subscription.
Thinking about leaving because of an issue?
If something isn't working right, we'd rather fix it than lose you. Send us a message and give us a chance to sort it out first. Deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it once it's done.
Data and privacy
If you're deleting your account for GDPR or privacy reasons and would like written confirmation that your data has been removed, send us a message after you delete and we'll confirm in writing.
