How to delete your account
The Delete Account button sits at the bottom of Account Settings. Open that page, scroll down, and confirm. This is permanent.
Three quick steps
On a monthly plan? Cancel it first. If you have an active monthly subscription, cancel it before you delete. Deleting your account does not stop billing on its own. See how to cancel your subscription.
Open Account Settings and scroll down. Use the button above. Scroll to the Delete Account section at the very bottom of the page.
Click Delete Account and confirm. Click the red Delete Account button and confirm.
What happens when you delete
Your account and data are permanently removed.
Your course progress is gone and cannot be brought back.
This cannot be undone.
Need it in writing? If you would like written confirmation of deletion for your records (for example under GDPR), just ask support.
