myICOR supports two ways to log in: Google or email and password. The method you choose during signup is tied to your account. Here's what you need to know if you want to switch.

Switching login methods isn't self-serve right now. If you signed up with Google and want to use email and password instead (or the other way around), contact us and we can handle it for you.

If you try to log in with an email and password but your account is linked to Google (or the reverse), you'll get an error. The fix is to use the correct method for your account.

Not sure which method you used? Try both on the login screen. You'll see a clear error if that method isn't set up for your account.

If you signed up twice with different methods, you may have two separate accounts. Get in touch with us and we can merge them so you don't lose any progress or access.
