Password reset email not arriving, or the link expired
Two different problems, two quick fixes. The reset link expires fairly quickly, so the most common issue is simply waiting too long to click it. Start by requesting a fresh reset, then match your situation below.
Which one is happening to you?
Branch A: the email isn't arriving. Check spam, confirm the email, then resend once.
Branch B: the link expired. Request a brand-new link and click it right away.
Branch A: the reset email isn't arriving
Check spam, junk, and the Promotions tab. In Gmail, look in Promotions and Updates too. Search your mail for
myicor.com.Confirm you used the right email. The reset only goes to the exact address on your account.
Wait a moment, then resend once. Give it a short while to arrive before trying again. Sending many requests in a row can slow things down rather than speed them up.
Work or school email blocking it? Add
myicor.comto your safe-senders list, or request the reset to a personal email instead.
Branch B: the link says it expired
Request a fresh link. The reset link expires fairly quickly for your security. An old one won't work. Go back to Forgot password and request a new one.
Open it right away and don't navigate away. When the new email arrives, click the link immediately and set your new password in that same window.
Sign in with Google?
Then there's no myICOR password to reset, the Forgot password flow won't apply to you. You log in through Google instead. If you'd like to add a password login, see how to switch your login method.
Still stuck?
Message support with the email on your account. We'll confirm it's correct and send a fresh reset your way.
