I can't log in to my account

Almost every login problem is one of five things. The most common: you signed up one way and you're trying the other way.

Most common cause: the wrong login method

Signing up with Google and signing up with email + password create two different doors. If you pick the wrong one, the login won't go through.

  • If you signed up with Google: use "Continue with Google". There is no password to type, and the email + password box won't work for you.

  • If you signed up with email + password: type your email and password in the box, not the Google button. Forgot it? Reset it (see below).

Not sure which one you used? Try "Continue with Google" first. If it lets you straight in, that was your method. If it says no account exists, you're an email + password member. Switching methods is a support job, see how to switch your login method.

The five things to check, in order

  1. Confirm your login method (Google vs email). This is the number-one cause. Use the same door you came in through.

  2. Double-check your password. If your password is rejected, don't keep guessing. Click Forgot password on the login page and set a fresh one. The reset link expires fairly quickly, so use it as soon as it arrives.

  3. Make sure you're using the right email. Try the address you used to pay or the one your welcome email landed in. A small typo will also block you.

  4. Clear the browser out of the way. Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac). Try a private / incognito window. Use a current browser like Chrome or Brave and turn off ad-block or privacy extensions for app.myicor.com.

  5. Your account may not exist yet. Paying does not automatically create a login. If you purchased but never finished creating an account, use Sign up with the same email you paid with.
