I cannot log in to my account

Can't get into your account? Let's work through the most common causes.

Check which login method you used

myICOR supports two login methods: email and password, or Google. If you signed up with Google, you cannot log in with an email and password (and vice versa). Make sure you're clicking the right option on the login screen.

If you're not sure which method you used, try both. The system will tell you if an account doesn't exist for that method.

Wrong password?

Try the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after a short time, so use it right away.

Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn't arrive within a minute or two. See also: Password reset email not arriving or link expired.

Using a different email than you think?

Sometimes people sign up with a work email, a personal email, or an alias they forgot about. Try any other email addresses you might have used.

Browser or cache issues

If the login button loads but then nothing happens, try these in order:

  1. Open an incognito or private window and try logging in there.

  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies for app.myicor.com.

  3. Try a different browser (Chrome works reliably across all features).

  4. Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers and privacy tools.

Seeing an error message?

If you see a specific error message on screen, take a screenshot and include it when you contact us. It helps narrow down the cause quickly.

Account might not exist yet

If you're a new member who just paid but haven't created an account yet, go to app.myicor.com and create one. The signup and login screens are separate. Paying for membership doesn't automatically create your login.
