I paid but my account still shows free

This is usually a short delay after payment. Wait a few minutes, refresh or log in again, confirm the right account, then ask support for a manual resync. You never need to pay again.

I paid but my account still shows free

Take a breath. Your payment is almost certainly fine. After a payment goes through, your account can take a few minutes to flip from free to paid. Most of the time, a short wait and a refresh is all it needs.

You will not need to pay again. If a wait does not sort it, support can apply your access by hand.

Four checks, in order

  1. Wait a few minutes. Access can take a short while to apply after payment.

  2. Refresh or log in again. Hard refresh the page, or log out and back in. This clears it for most people.

  3. Right account? Confirm the email shown matches the one you paid with.

  4. Still free? Ask support. We apply your access by hand. You never pay twice.

The same checks, in more detail

  1. Give it a few minutes. Right after a payment, your account can take a short while to switch from free to paid.

  2. Refresh, or log out and back in. A hard refresh, or a quick log out and back in, is the single step that clears it for most people.

  3. Confirm you are in the right account. Check the email shown in the app and make sure it matches the email you used at checkout. It is easy to be signed in to a second account by mistake.

  4. Confirm the payment went through. Look for your payment confirmation email, or check your card or bank statement. See how to get an invoice or receipt if you need help finding it.

  5. Still showing free? Ask support for a resync. Contact support and we will apply your access by hand. Please do not pay again. To make it fast, include:

  • The email on your account (the one shown in the app).

  • The email you checked out with, if it is different.

  • Roughly when you paid, the date and time.

A short wait fixes most cases. Anything left over, support handles by hand, and you never pay twice.
