Courses are still locked after I upgraded

If you just upgraded and your courses are still showing as locked, try these steps in order.

1. Wait a moment and refresh

After payment, there's a brief delay while your account is updated. Give it 2 to 3 minutes, then do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).

2. Log out and back in

Log out of your account, then log back in. Your session needs to pick up the new access level. This resolves the issue for most people.

3. Check you're logged into the right account

Make sure the email shown in the top right of the app matches the one you used when you paid. If you have more than one account, you might be logged into the wrong one.

4. Check that payment completed

Look for a payment confirmation email from us. If there's no confirmation email and no charge on your card, the payment didn't go through. Try again at app.myicor.com/upgrade.

5. Clear your browser cache

A cached version of the page can show old access states. Clear cookies and cache for app.myicor.com, then reload and log back in.

Still locked?
