How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Here's how.

How to cancel

  1. Log in at app.myicor.com.

  2. Click your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner and select My Profile.

  3. In the left sidebar of your profile, select Subscription. Or go directly to app.myicor.com/profile?section=subscription.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Manage Billing in Stripe.

  5. In the Stripe portal that opens, find the option to cancel your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

If you have any trouble finding the cancel option, send us a message and we'll cancel it for you directly.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.

  • Once the period ends, you lose access to the paid course library and any saved progress.

  • Your account stays open. If you decide to come back, you can resubscribe at any time from app.myicor.com/upgrade.

Inner Circle membership

Inner Circle is not a subscription. It's a one-time payment with lifetime access, so there's nothing to cancel. Your access remains active permanently.

Cancellation didn't go through?

If you tried to cancel and are still being charged, contact us right away with your account email and we'll resolve it. Include the date you cancelled and any confirmation you received (or didn't receive).
