What is the refund policy?
Here's our policy on refunds for each membership type.
Monthly membership
Monthly memberships are billed at the start of each billing period. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Inner Circle membership
Inner Circle is a one-time payment that gives you lifetime access. Refund eligibility for Inner Circle is reviewed case by case. If you have a concern, contact us directly and we'll discuss your situation.
If something went wrong with your payment
If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or experienced a technical error during checkout, contact us right away. Include the email address on your account, the date of the charge, and a description of what happened. We take payment errors seriously and will resolve them promptly.
How to request a refund
Send us a message through the chat inside the app. Include your account email and the reason for the request. We'll review it and get back to you with a decision.
