Can I download lessons to watch offline?
Not right now. Lessons stream from the web, so they need an internet connection to play. There is no offline download yet.
Tips for a slow or shaky connection
Lower the video quality. Open the quality setting in the player and pick a lower resolution. A smaller picture needs far less bandwidth.
Let it buffer first. Press play, then pause for a moment so the lesson can load ahead. Press play again and it will run more smoothly.
Try a stronger connection. Move closer to your router or switch networks. On the move, a solid mobile data signal often beats weak public Wi-Fi.
