My course progress or streak is not saving

Progress only saves when you click Mark as complete. Streaks reset if you miss a day, counted to local midnight.

My course progress or streak is not saving

Progress and streaks are saved in different ways, so they fail for different reasons.

  • Progress marks a lesson done when you click Mark as complete. Watching alone does not record it.

  • Streak counts days in a row. It resets if a whole day passes with no activity, and the day ends at midnight in your local time.

If progress is not saving

  1. Click "Mark as complete." A lesson is only recorded when you click it. Finishing the video does not mark it done.

  2. Check your connection. Progress saves over the internet, so be online when you mark a lesson done.

  3. Clear cache or try Chrome. An old cached page can block a save. Clear your cache for app.myicor.com, or open the lesson in Chrome, and mark it complete again.

  4. Log out and back in. A fresh session syncs your account cleanly.

Why a streak resets

  1. A missed day resets it. If a full day goes by with no activity, the streak starts again from zero. That is by design.

  2. Midnight is the cutoff, in your time zone. Logging in very late at night, or traveling across time zones, can make a streak reset unexpectedly.
