My course progress is not saving or my streak reset

My course progress is not saving or my streak reset

Progress not saving and streaks resetting are two separate issues. Here's how to handle each.

Progress not saving

Make sure you're marking lessons complete

Progress is recorded when you mark a lesson as complete, not just when you watch the video. Look for a "Mark as complete" button or checkbox at the bottom of each lesson and click it before moving on.

Check your internet connection

If your connection drops mid-lesson, the completion might not sync. Try completing the lesson again with a stable connection.

Try a different browser or clear your cache

Cached data can occasionally cause the app to show stale progress. Clear your browser cache and cookies for app.myicor.com, then reload and check again. If the issue only happens in one browser, try Chrome as a baseline.

Log out and back in

Logging out and back in forces a fresh sync of your account data. This often resolves progress display issues.

Streak reset unexpectedly

Streaks are counted based on daily activity. If you miss a day (by the clock, midnight in your local timezone), the streak resets.

A few things that can cause an unexpected reset:

  • Completing a lesson late at night and having the activity log on the wrong day due to timezone differences

  • A session that didn't fully save (connection issue)

  • A brief technical issue on our end during a deployment

If your streak reset but you're confident you completed activity on the relevant day, send us a message. Include your account email and the date you believe the streak should have continued. We can review it.

Still not saving after all that?

Send us a message with your account email, which course and lesson you're working on, and a description of what's happening. We'll dig into it on our end.

Still need help?

Send us a message and we'll get back to you. Open the chat in the bottom right corner of any page inside the app.
